I'm Lorenzo, a junior developer in training at ITS Academy Apulia Digital Maker. I took My Tracking App, an Android app built with Flutter, all the way to release and keep improving it.
I work across frontend, Java backend and hardware: I like understanding how a project works end to end.
About
I come from years of customer-facing work and a long-standing passion for hardware: today I bring both into my path as a developer.
At ITS Academy I study Java and Spring, OOP, SQL and NoSQL databases, Git and cloud architectures. Front-of-house and front-office work taught me to handle pressure, communicate clearly and work as a team.
I bring both into my projects: tidy code and attention to the people who will use it.

My first published personal project: an Android app built with Flutter to keep track of daily consumption, with statistics, goals and data stored on the phone.
Since the first public version I keep updating it: interface, Android widgets, statistics and data handling, based on everyday use.
What it taught me
Publishing a real app made me decide what to include, how to store the data and how to test every version.
Three sizes (small, medium, large) to log usage straight from the home screen.
History by day, week and month, unlockable badges and a reduction plan for each product.
Export and import data as CSV: it always stays under the user’s control.
No account and no server: all data stays on the device.
